Shipping & 30 Day Return Policy

Customer has 30 days from time the product is received to return the product for a full refund of the purchase price less original delivery and return shipping costs. 10% restocking fee will be charged. Product in an opened or in damaged condition cannot be returned. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Code or they will be refused by our receiving department.

Product that is "close-out" or "special order" is not returnable. Shipping charges that are incurred by the customer for item being returned to xebous.com for any reason must be paid by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all shipping and restocking charges that accrue due to customer cancellation or refusal upon delivery. For C.O.D. orders that are refused, customers will be charged shipping fees, plus restocking charges.
